About the Playroom

The Playroom is a 5,500 sq foot STEAM play space designed for children to explore, create, and discover!

The Playroom features ball pits, climbing structures, a magnetic maze & gear walls, a LEGO table, a race track, a giant train table, a puppet theater, ride-ons, and life-size foam blocks for building.

Children move around the facility with their accompanying adult at their own pace. There are no right or wrong answers at The Playroom, just lots of fun!

The Playroom was founded not only as a learning center but with the whole child in mind, and an opportunity to observe and interact with others helps children to develop interpersonal skills.

Time spent in The Playroom gives families the opportunity to meet others with children of similar ages, observe others in play, and play in cooperation with peers.

The Playroom is full of opportunities for children to explore at their own pace. The Playroom runs on kid power!

The Playroom is open daily for drop-in play. Adults are required to stay with their children and play together.

Testimonials

The Playroom has saved my sanity! As the mom of a VERY active two year old I appreciate having a safe, clean, and educational environment where my child can explore.  It also gives me the opportunity to talk with someone other than a two year old all day.   The nominal fee is for ALL DAY PLAY; what can be better than that?
